    Our internal monkey chatter is similar to a reinforcement learning system with a lot of simulations and experiment replay. It creates a flight simulator for our life. Once we go through those simulations, we feel better equipped to deal with whatever is ahead of us.

    “Cogito ero sum” will not be correct according to most mindfulness experts these days, I guess. They advocate getting out of our heads to feel life and to be truly alive in the moment. Sorry Decartes! Although the term mindfulness itself is not very accurate, it should have been mindlaxness:-)

    We are a bunch of molecules and thoughts. We should not take ourselves too seriously. One day, all molecules in our body will be dispersed in the space, deep in earth, or might end up in a blackhole.
